Ex7000 dont update to firmware 1.0.1.78

The ex7000 is completely broke since the last firmware update. It always lost the wifi connection (every day), and when the wifi connetion is ok, other hardware connected to the ethernet port can not connect to internet. I sent it back to Amazon (garantee)

    You've done the right thing! Both EX7000 and EX8000 are boke.

    Several other threads explaining the very same. Unfortunatley there is still no follow up done by Netgear ChristineT Christian_R - it really appears like nobody cares.

    Not a hardware problem. Fix for now is installing the older firmware.

      Effectively, nobody from Netgear cares : no answer from netgear on the forum. The most hilarious thing is the netgear support that replies and explains on the amazon customers review section to post a thread on the netgear communty forum to be help. They are affraid of the 1 star. They hired people for commercial purpose on Amazon, but no technical people to help customers.
