EX7000 Extender

My Negear EX7000 wifi Extender doesn't connect to my Router since I change wifi network. I have reset it several times  to factory settings to start fresh and tried conecting to my Router via WPS button, but without any success. it keeps blinking green without turning solid green. Also I have tried conecting with cable - Extender to Router, but nothing happened either.  Both router and extender are in the same room , close to each other.  Please help to solve this issue ! Thank you.

    When doing the factory reset make sure to hold the reset button for 10+ seconds after that try to do the manual setup of the extender instead of the WPS method. Also make sure your wireless security on your router is set to WPA2.
