I have but unfortunately, while seemingly having internet connection, some apps and websites will work/connect (Facebook, CNN website), but others will NOT work/connect (Word 2 app, Amazon website).

I'm having exactly same issues .... Netgear even replaced my EX7000 out of warranty to try and prove it was hardware related but the new one is suffering exactly the same.... this has never even had '78' firmware ... stopped at 66 but it's still failing after a couple days each time i restart it.
