Ex7300 can’t do a new install

I just factory reset my Ex7300, and now I can’t do a new login account. I can enter new password, username and security questions after they it just say waiting and a spinning around symbol showing… I try a new factory rest did not help. But I can connection to my router without any problem, I’m just clicking WPS button on the router and ex7300 every led light are green.

    Since you hit the wps button, factory reset one more time. 
    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

    Make sure when you set the admin password to meet the minimum requirements. 

    You can also try using a different device for setup.

      Thank you! I think i did the reset think right, but I will try one more time. It’s something very weird about the making a new installation part. I have try on iOS, android and windows noting works
