Have you tried to log into the extender and change the password to see if that one sticks?

    thanks.

    Yes I tried to force that strange pwd to the right one connecting to the extender.

    It seemed to work: the smartphone connected but it doesn't work.

    It says "no internet connection". But the router was well working.

    I'm asking to myself if that extender were uncompatible with the Tecnhicolor router TG789vac Xtream 35b. Anybody heard something about it?

     

    Meanwhile I asked to the supplier to change the extender to exclude a failure of that device.

    Tomorrow I'm going to retry... :smileyfrustrated:
