EX7700 not working when I connect Synology DS1621+
I have recently purchased a Synology DS1621+ and connected it to Nighthawk EX7700. It worked for one day, then the whole network kept crashing. I have tried moving the Synology and plugging it directly into the SKY router, but then everything connected to EX7700 stops working in my husband's office. The WiFi still works in the rest of the house though. I can't find confirmation that the EX7700 is compatible with the DS1621+, so if it isn't, could someone please suggest an alternative.

What firmware is on the EX7700?
What skybox is it connected to?
What method of setup did you use for the EX7700? WPS or the installation assistant?
Firmware: V1.0.0.222
SKY SR203 router
WPS.
All was working fine until we connected the DS1621+.
2 things you can try.
1. downgrade the firmware a version on the extender. I've seen a few reports of issues on the .222 firmware
2. try installing the extender using the installation assistant and NOT wps. I've seen ISP supplied routers have sketchy WPS setups that cause issues.
