Extender does not show up on network map

My extender does not show up on the network map; I have updated the firmware; reset the extender

The extender works but does not show up; I can tell it works b/c my cell phone uses wifi.

Firmware 1.09.32

Windows 7 Professional

Why isn't it showing?

    the extender will not show up in the map if you are talking about in the apps.

    I have NO idea what you are in reference.  Are you referring to an application on a phone?

    I am talking about the software on my desktop.

      yes the genie app is what I am talking about. Extenders will not show up on the network map.
