Extender not accepting router password- says incorrect password

My extender will not accept my network password. I have reset the extender and when it tries to connect to the network it says incorrect password. The password clearly works because all my other devices connected are working as well. I have had my extender for a little over a year.

    what router are you connecting it to?

    Are you setting it up using WPS for the install process?

        Did you factory reset and try the installation assistant? using a pc/laptop and not the app?

      It was working for a year and now I am trying to set it up again from factory via the night hawk app
