factory reset doesnt work on EX2700 extender

I have resetted my EX2700 wifi extender. but when I want to go to http://www.mywifiext.net/   I get a default login page. But my login doesn't work on it.  So I did a factory reset again and got still the same problem.

 

The extender is working but I can't acces the dashboard for updates ect.

      this problems appeared after the latest frameware update. before that i could login on an pop-up. but since the update, I got that login page where the problem started

        So far Ive been unsuccessful in finding a solution to this issue. Its not an isolated case judging by the noise generated on the web as it appears quite a few people who have upgraded the firmware are experiencing issues too. Lets hope a fix will be out soon.
