On holidays I use my PR2000 to share my internet access with a PC, an adroid tablet, an android smartphone and a windwos phone. Without the PR2000 I have access to all internet pages. With PR2000 the access to several internet pages like google, microsoft or playstore fail, whereas amazon or wetter.de still work. Only the android tablet still has access to all web sites. I also tried to use the IP address to avoid DNS problems without success. To send a ping to the IP address works fine. Firmeware 1.0.0.10 and the newest 1.0.0.14 show the same result. Log into your PR2000 using routerlogin.net in your browser.
Please check under Advanced < Security < Blocked Services
to confirm that you do not have any entries in that service table.

On your laptop, remove / "forget" the PR2000 WiFi network then reconnect to it.
You can also try erasing the configuration settings on your PR2000 and perform a Factory reset to defaults:
