Help! Can't access PR2000 setup page

So I am on my second device (first one replaced by customer service) and now am beyond my initial support period.

My PR2000 is working but for some reason I am unable to access it via routerlogin.com or .net

I can connect to it, and I can use it to access the internet (I am using it now), but it will not let me get to the setup page. Just get a "Safari cannot fond the server" message.

And, yes, I have tried the factory reset several times.

I know that the firmware needs to be updated but I can't get there.

Any other options?

    Try this following address 192.168.168.1

    and this not work, try an another browser, Firefox or Chrome.
