How do I know if my wifi extender was installed correctly?

I went through the steps to set up my Netgear wifi extender (following a video tutorial on YouTube). At the end, it appeared to skip the last step, but I'm not sure.

How can I be sure it was set up correctly and is working properly? Is there a utility or method to check if it is operating? Thanks.
