How to reinstall ExtenderEX 6100

I changed my provider to Spectrum but I cannot get the EX6100 to work.  I followed the instructions on line carefully with respect to setting up the extender with the WPS button on the MySpectrum WiFi10 router, such as by factory resetting for 10 seconds and holding in the inverted triangle button for five seconds, but no matter where I then plugged in the extender it didn't pick up the signal from the router and the light on the left upper side of the extender never goes on.

 

 

Any recommendations?
