Never PAY for tech support.... there are a bunch of outside companies making believe they are Netgear...Only use the number in the contact support bubble; https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
Do not do a search and then pick a number for help...tech support on the Basic ( free ) level is for 3 months at least.
As to getting help. BTW, you are in the Arlo section , not wifi /router section of forum (home wifi )

I was in the WIFI section of the COMMUNITY forum and this is where I was placed. I was in the NETGEAR CHAT when I was instructed to receive a phone call.......answer a question...is ARLO part of NETGEAR?
