I can't connect to the wifi extender on my iPad or PC but every other device works.
Yesterday my connection to my EXT6100 AC750v2 just cut out on both my iPad and PC at the same time with no warning. I checked the extender and it was still plugged in and both of the green lights wer...
Fixed.
I restored the extender to factory default settings (through mywifiext.net) and everything works as it did before. I assume it was something to do with a new firmware update but I'm still not too sure.
I've read that changing the name of the extender/router helps, I changed the name of the extender and it showed up on both devices as the new name, but the same result. I have no idea what to do. PS the version of my extender wasn't showing up as a suggestion for this thread, so the one in the actual message is the correct model version.
Have you tried to change the wireless channel and what is the security type of the wireless password?
