I have moved and my WIFI extender seems to remember old network

Hi everyone,

I have the WIFI extender and had it working at my old place. I recently moved into a new home and have tried using the WIFI extender for the new network and am finding it is still labelled as the old network in my list of networks to connect to on my laptop. I have tried resetting to factory settings which has not worked. I have also tried using the WPS button to connect to this new network (and pressing the button on the router) and the green light will flash for a minute or so, turn solid green and then when I search for the network it still is the old one. Trying to connect to this old network it says there is no internet connection.

Does anyone know what I can do?

    Hello anw176

When doing the factory reset make sure you are holding the button down for 10 seconds it should remove the old network.
