I'm assuming you just go to manual setup on the airport, click the wireless tab and check "Allow this network to be extended"
you'll probably also need to do some configuring on the netgear end. i'm going to order one of these soon i'll post my results
Yeah, I didn't experience any problems setting up the extender, it works perfectly with my Airport Extreme!
