Lights all green but no internet connection
Yesterday everything was fine, this morning I could not connect my iPad to the internet through the extender.
I have rebooted the main hub (but internet on PCs is OK anyway), done a normal reset and factory reset on extender and all the lights come on green. The wifi options shows the Ext as available with maximum signal, but when I try to connect it comes up with "No Internet Connection". Have also tried to connect my phone and a PC to the extender with the same response each time.
The Light on the top right is also green, to show a devise is connected, but it is not.
Only had it 6 months and its been very good up to now.
Do I have to cut my losses and buy a different one?

Hi Hmac, welcome to the community! If you have done a factory reset then that clears all the configured settings. You will have to co through the setup process to get it connected back to the main network/router. The installation guide and user manual linked below may help out.

DexterJB - Many thanks for your reply.
I think the extender was faulty as I have replaced it with a different one, and everything is working fine now.

Have completely reset several times. Wouldn't accept my password on WPS so have done a manual setup and can connect my iPhone to the extender all lights green but no internet. Main router still working fine - any help appreciated

I am having the exact same problems with my extender! I did the factory reset, re connected to the router but still no internet. All the lights are green, in the app it says "connection up and running but in (no connection)"
