Limited connectivity message

My WN2500RP wireless extender keeps showing as limited connectivity in my a available networks even though the main modem/wireless router is working fine. Please, I need detailed instructions on how to correct. I'm working in Windows 8 OS (unfortunately).

  • If you haven't installed the extender, you simply connect wirelessly to "NETGEAR_EXT" from a PC and follow the on-screen instructions in the web browser to install it.

    If it has stopped working recently, how are the LED lights on the front of the extender lit?

    Have you spoken to Netgear support?
  • Limited connectivity issues can be from extender is not getting enough signal where extender is located
