limited for ex6100 WiFi Range Extender

Hi

I am having problems with my Ex6100 WiFi Range Extender

It connects to my Dads laptop just fine but when it connects to my  laptop it keeps giving me the message that its limited

And I can't get on the internet.

    You should log into EX6100 and make sure that it is connected to the router.

     

    Is the extender-to-router connection wired or wireless?
