Model EX6110

My extender will not recognise my wifi password. Any suggestions please

    what router is it connected to? 

    Did you install it using wps? 

    If so, factory reset it and install it using the installation assistant.

      Tried to factory reset it.
      No joy. My devices find it but password will not work. Incorrect password coming up all the time

        where did it fail? 

        You should be holding reset for 7-15 seconds while the device is powered on. 

        that should reset it and get it back so you can use the installation assistant. 

        Here's a how to video of the installation assistant. Don't use wps. Some routers WPS is coded poorly
