my extender came with a name

Hold reset in for 10 to 15 seconds. Or return to place of purchase if purchased new.
Side note
Fry's Electronics likes to slap a sticker on returns lowing the price and placing back on the shelf based on customer saying it worked but I changed my mind and returned.
