Hi GeorgieNg080459,
Welcome to the community!
1. What is the firmware version of the extender?
2. Does the issue persist even before relocating the extender?
3. Does the hardwire connection from the extender work?
4. If the hardwire connection works, you can use that to access the extender UI and verify the wireless password.

Hi Dexter,
Thanks for your response.
The firmware version is Model: WN3000RPv3|N300 WiFi Range Extender. What i am having problem with, is the password to my router isn't the same when input it into the extender, once on the same wifi. Wondering how to find out the password to the extender as it isn't the same.
Can you help me please?!?! I don't know what else to do.

Hi GeorgieNg080459,
As mentioned on the previous post, you can temporarily hardwired a computer to the extender and access the UI to confirm the password. If that does not work, you can try doing a factory reset and go through the setup again making sure you got the correct password.
