My extender won't connect to my new router

Hello,
I understand your frustration. Here are a few steps that might help get your Nighthawk extender working: ncedcloud student login
Reconfigure Extender: Ensure that you've reconfigured the extender to the new network. When changing ISPs, extenders often need reset and reconfiguring to connect properly.
Update Firmware: Make sure the extender's firmware is up to date. You can do this through the Nighthawk app or on the NETGEAR website.
Placement: Ensure the extender is placed between your router and the area with poor coverage. If it's too far from the router, it may struggle to communicate.
Check LED Indicators: The LED indicators on your extender can provide insight if there's a connectivity issue. If the router link LED is off, it means it's not properly connected to your router.
Reset and Reattempt Setup: Factory reset the extender and try setting it up again using the Nighthawk app or web GUI.
I hope this helps! If you're still facing issues, you might want to consider getting a more reliable range extender or router.
Hang in there—these things can be really frustrating but hopefully, one of these steps will work!
Best Regards,
Famawe Henry
