I recently changed internet providers and now my extender won't connect. I factory reset it and used the Nighthawk app to set it up. On my phone it says it's connected, but the extender itself does...

Details are key with helping.
- what router are you connecting it to?
- what extender do you have? (model)
- what firmware is on the extender?
- since you have a PC connected to the extender, log into it and get a screen snip of the status page that shows the connection back to the router
- Have you tried setting it up using the installation assistant and not the app?
