N300 Extender Shows as Connected but "No Internet Access"

Hello, I am installing an N300 Range Extender for my Father-in-law and I have been able to connect the Extender to the router using the WPS button and all lights on the front of the extender show...

Is your router using MAC address access control? If so, you have to update its settings to permit devices connecting through the extender. Here is a direct link to the extender's manual instructions.
