N300 Wifi extender

I have tried every avenue that I know to get this extender to connect to my devices.  I have read multiple forums.  It still says that it is an incorrect password.   I am using my original router password.  I have factory reset.  I have tried to log on to my wifi exit.net.  It tells me I am already connected.

    Have you tried to set it to a different password?

    I got it. I found another comment that said to plug it into the main computer. I was then able to reset the password. Before that, I couldn't even access the password page. Thank you!
