Netgear Ex2700 - No internet access

OS: Windows 10

 

- I have tried everything and I am unable to have internet access via the Netgear extender but I can access the internet via my Bell wifi.

- When using windows diagnostic, I get that the Netgear EXTender doesn't have a valid IP configuration.

 

Can you help!

    Hello Bigchris

     

    I would try to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try to do the setup again.

      Tried resetting to the manufacturer configuration and re-installing.  Did not work.

        Hello Bigchris

         

        You may have to add the mac address of your extender to the allow list of the Bell router.
