Netgear EX7500 not booting up.

My extender was working fine yesterday.  I moved it to a socket in another part of the house, and now it's just sitting there booting forever.

By that I mean a slow pulsing blue power light.

I have tried resetting it via the reset socket multiple times.  And turning on and off via the power button. And also unplugging and plugging it back in.  Nothing.  It just sits there blinking.  The blue power LED never goes solid.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Usually if something is corrupt, its red. Odd thats its slow blinking blue.

If you hardwire a pc/laptop into it, does it get an ip address or can it access it?

when you're resetting, are you holding for up to 30 seconds

Well I dunno, after a day or so of not being able to get it to work, I plugged it in to try your idea of holding the reset button down for 30 seconds, and what do you know? I got a solid blue light after a short time.

So now it's working just fine again.

Glad to hear you got it working! You  might mark it solved so others aren't still trying to fix it 🙂
