netgear model ex3700.. how the hell do i set it up?

I know very little about computers

have the above model.

I have tried WPS but it wont connect so I amback to browser op[tion

I have virgin media broadband on an ethernet cable to my computer.

Windows 10

I dont have an available network icon bottom right.

I turn on the extender and ghreen light flashes on power only. 

I have no idea how I connect to the wifi. I type in www.mywifiext.net and nothing happens.

Anyone there who can help me?
