Netgear Nighthawk EX7000 connection issues
Hi
ive had the EX7000 for about a month and have had a few issues with devices connection
Firstly i have two nas drives connected directly to the EX7000, a WDmirror and a WDmycloud. If my laptop is connected to the EX7000 wifi i cannot access the hard drives on the mapped drives in windows explorer (im on windows 10). If i connect to the main virign media router downstairs i can access the fine and i cannot understand why?
Secondly when trying to connect to the EX7000 wifi 2G or 5G it can take an age to connect even when im right next to it, i can connect to the router downstairs almost instantly.
Does anyone have any ideas why this could be and know of any way i can resolve these issues?
Thanks a lot for your help
Trippy
