Question

After successful setup, &nbsp;I thought of changing location&nbsp;of&nbsp;the router and the extender , after rotating the location extender will not extend any thing all lights are green but no affect on devices , I tried and refreshed the setting also i did rest the extender to factory setting 2 times but with vain, &nbsp;any help would be appreciated .i also maid a mistake in regestring the exteder, instead of may 1 ,I made it jan 5. &nbsp; how can i correct that ?

I fixed your registration date on your extender. But when doing the factory reset have you made sure to hold down the button for 10 seconds? Also you may want to try and connect the extender to the router using WPS.
