New Extender Setup not working AC750 WiFi Range Extender / EX6100

So i have a AC750 WiFi Range Extender Model EX6100.  I have done all of the steps to set it up, however, when i go to mywifiext.net and click "new extender setup" and then i fill in all of the fields, it takes me back to the "new extender setup" page, any idea how to fix this?

    Try a different web browser and make sure any pop up blocker is disabled when trying to do the setup.
