Nighthawk RAX54v2
Hi!
I have a modem and nighthawk router that was connected. Had to unplug for months. Couldn’t get it to reconnect so stated completely over. I have rebooted the modem and the nighthawk. Problem is that it says to join nighthawk73 but only nighthawk73 5g is listed and no passwords work for it. How do I reconnect? I am so frustrated!

You factory reset it?
If so, the wifi password should be on the device.Are you using the app for setup or logging in and using the GUI for setup?
- Using the app. Can’t get to the admin page to log into admin and password. Only have the 5g account that shows up.
Also tried the 30/30/30 factory reset and it won’t reset. Do I just need to buy a new one?no. Just hardwire a pc/laptop/tablet into the router and log into to access it
Or look at the label. The ssid password should be the same for 2.4 and 5ghz
