No entries in Attached devices wndr3700
Log in ok using main network ( or guest network) on wired connection When I go to" Attached devices" nothing shows up as entries What would prevent this?:confused:
I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Below is the response I received from Netgear support. It fixed my problem.

I will do my best to answer your support questions with the least amount of email exchanges, the more information and detail you can provide will help us to expedite your case to resolution.
I have reviewed your case and I understand that the Attached Devices page of the www.routerlogin.net site is not displaying the devices connected to the router.
Based on the information that you have provided, I would suggest that you update to the latest router's firmware version. Here are the steps:
1. First, download the firmware file-http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WNDR3700V1/WNDR3700-V1.0.16.98NA.zip
2. Computer a computer directly to the router via Ethernet cable.
3. Access the NETGEAR Genie through www.routerlogin.com. Enter the username "admin" and password is "password".
4. Under Maintenance, click Router Upgrade.
6. Look for the downloaded file - (look for the file that has a .chk or .img extension).
7. Click the Upload button.
Note: The router will upload and reboot the system automatically. While doing that, please do not do anything else on the router as it may interrupt the updating of firmware. Also, do not open any Internet page while updating the firmware. After uploading the file, reset the router.
To do a full RESET on the router:
1. With the help of a paper clip, press and hold the reset button on the back of router for about 5 seconds.
2. Release the button when the Power LED starts blinking.
3. Disconnect power for about 10 seconds and then reconnect.
To do a full powercycle:
1. Unplug the power cord of the NETGEAR router for 10 seconds.
2. Plug the power cord and wait for the lights to become stable.
3. Reconfigure the router and reconnect your devices.
