One of three iPhones doesn't work with AC1200 EX6200
AC1200 EX6200 dual band wifi range extender is 3.5 years old and has been working well. Updated firmware about a month ago. Recently my wife's iPhone 7P can connect to the AC1200 but she does not get thru to the internet via the Frontier FIOS router. It is odd because my iPhone 7P and daughter''s 7P work fine on AC1200. Reset wife iPhone's network connections but this did not help. She convinced its a problem with the AC1200 because she can connect to theFrontier FIOS router and get to the internet. I am stumped and looking for suggestions. ty, Chris R

Did you try "forgetting" the EX6200 network on her iPhone, and then reconnecting to it?
Are all three phones using the same version of iOS?

Yes, we forgot this network before, but I tried again this morning. Didn't resolve issue.
Yes, all three iPhones are on iOS 12.1
Wife got a new message when testing today and connected to 2EXT network. I believe it said 403 error, you were blocked by the FIOS Quantum router. But, she can connect directly to that router and get internet just fine.

Do you use MAC address access controls or parental controls on the router? (I'm guessing not, since your two phones are working, but thought it was worth asking).

a 403 error comes from the actual web site - it wouldn't normally come from the router (unless she was trying to access the router's web ui).
Parental controls might generate an error like that (depending on how they are implemented in the router).
