Opening ports for playstation/call of duty

Hello everyone i need some help:

I bought this router/wifi extender because my wifi is very bad but when i connected a ethernet cable from the wifi extender to my console (ps4) And i'm trying to open ports it just doesnt work out. 

My NAT Type stays on moderate/strict. 

I'm looking to open port 3074 & 3075 to open my ports for Call of Duty black ops 3.

My model is WNR2000v5

Its just i need to open these ports or i cant connect to some of my friends or public matches.

I tried everything but it doenst just work. 

Any little help would be appreciated!
