What firmware are you running in the RBR50?
It should appear in the satellite list, but I have seen satellites show up as devices from time to time in the router UI. You can access the satellite directly by browsing to it's IP address and that will show you if it is connected to the Orbi backhaul.
You could also try powering down the new satellite, rebooting your orbi system, and then powering it up again. That might result in the router putting the satellite in the right place.
