Password not working

Hi! I have a problem connecting to the wifi range extender. It says that that I should use the new extended wifi network name and the same password I use for the wifi. The problem is that I do exactly that but it still doesnt work. Help me please!

    Pleas make sure you have gone through the setup process of connecting the extender to the main wireless network. This linkmay help out.
