PR2000 N300 set up

My device has worked for me in the past, but sometimes it's drops and won't reconnect.  It happend once before and I was able to get it back up an running.  Today I tried to go to routerlogin.net and .com, along with 192.168.168.1 but all of them gave me the same message

You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again.

I have tried this wired and on wifi,  I have tried Chrome, Firefox, & IE.  I have cleared my cache.  Each time it won't work.  The device is less than 5 feet from the router.  Currently it is connected by a wire from my home router and the light for Internet is off.  Anyone have any other ideas I can try?
