Problems connecting EX2700

Question

HelloI have a netgear extender ex2700, it was running perfeclty.&nbsp;However, yesterday I couldnt't connect in the EXT wifi anymore.My EXT wifi appears normally, but I cannot connect to it.&nbsp;When I have my extender on the outlet, the Router light is on and stable, however the device light is off all the time, but if I try to connect to the ext wifi, the device light turns to green and stable.&nbsp;I tried to reset, in order to start a new setup, however my ext wifi continues active.&nbsp;How can I solve this problem.I'm &nbsp;sorry about my bad english, I'm using it in Brazil.

Please try changing WiFi channel on your Router

You can reset your EX2700 to factory defaults by following page 34 of 43:

http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX2700/EX2700_UM_19Oct2015.pdf

Then place your extender in the same room as your router and complete the Extender setup process.

Also check that you are running the latest firmware v1.0.1.8
