Problems w/ New WiFi 6 Nighthawk 8AX - EAX80 Range Extender w/ New WiFi 6 Nighthawk AX12 - RAX200

Hi PurplePanda , welcome to the community and thank you for all your feedback! We'd like to answer your questions:
Is it possible to have a wired backhaul with the AX8? Will it ever be possible?
As it stands, the EAX80 doesn't support ethernet backhaul. It can, however, be configured in AP (access point) mode.
Is it possible to have my R7000 in a Mesh Networking mode so I can have a single SSID?
The R7000 cannot be setup in a mesh networking mode but, if it is an option, you can have it setup in AP mode and have a single SSID sans seamless roaming.
Is it possible to run the ORBI WiFi 6 edition nodes and have a wired backhaul with my R9000 and have a signle SSID?
Orbi satellites can only work with Orbi routers.
Is Netgear coming out with a new product that better addresses these needs?
We guarantee that we are constantly working on meeting user demands and unique network setups.
Will the AX8 be improved, was it launched in a buggy state and these issues will be fixed soon?
The EAX80 will continue to receive updates, improvements, and fixes as it is a newly launched device.
Does the AX8 dedicate WiFi lanes from my AX12 ( R9000 ) and reduce the maximum bandwidth of my other WiFi 6 devices?
It uses the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands which has plenty of available bandwidth (1.2Gbps and 4.8Gbps) for the connection and your client devices.
We'd also like to confirm the following with you for us to provide a better recommendation:
1. Do you have the RAX200 or RAX120? And did you keep it?
2. Is the R9000 or the RAX200/RAX120 one currently installed?
3. What speeds are you getting straight from the router (R9000 or RAX120/RAX200)?
