Question

While I do own a Netgear router, my question today doesn't relate to one (I apologize).

I had a question posed to me that I was unable to answer, and I was wondering if it could be answered here. I believe this question was given in a networking course.

The question is:

A customer has complained that they can't access the internet.

You run the "ipconfig" command, and get the following information:

IPV4 address: 207.75.77.10

Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0

Default Gateway: 207.75.77.1

What do you suspect is the cause of the problem? (HINT: the IP adress is manually set for security purposes.)
