solution for invalid password message
Hi Guys
after lot of trouble i managed to find the solution.
i searched so many places but could not get proper answer.
finally i have found the solution.

here is solution.
regardless you are using first time or reconnecting netgear wifi extention.
do not follow first step of connecting extender with your main router as provided in booklet wich comes with extender.
so do not connect extender with main router at all.
delete your main router wifi connection from phone wifi settings by pressing "Forget this network"now
1.Keep you main router on
2. start your extender and reboot it by using pin in small hole for 3-5 minutes ( while its connected to electric socket)- make sure both side lights - power and WPS are orange.
3. once both lights turn to green, ( still do not connect with WPS of main router),
now use your mobile device ( make sure mobile internet is on but through mobile data only- delete your main router wifi connection from phone by pressing "Forget this network")
4. you will see netgear_Ext wifi option- select this. it will not show lock sign as it does not need password at present.
5. once you have selected it will take you to netgear registration site - netgear genie. simple registration process.
6. just follow instruction.
7. extender name will change to your main router name_ext
8. now you can connect your main router wifi also with mobile/laptop.
everything should be working normal.

I tried this process and it still says i have an invalid password. I have retyped it multiple times and know it is not invalid. Can anyone help?
