UGH I cant set up my wifi extender

I have spent two hours trying to get my extender to connect and cant seem to be able to set it up or get it to "pop up" the videos show. I have factory reset the extender too. Some one please help!! Im ready to return this item away! I am using a laptop to set up since I dont have an actual computer.

    Hi agsalilnas10,

                                 Did you upgraded firmware on extender and checked? Also, try to modify wireless channel on router if issue persist.
