Unable to connect to website

Question

I am extremely frustrated.  I am unable to log onto www.mywifiext.net.  This extender is not working and I cannot find any number or website to connect me to Technical Services.  Apparently, the information in your Installation Guide is no longer valid???  Do you no longer manufacture or support this product?

You will likely need to reset the unit

You can search for your model and download any manual you need. Manual will instructs how to reset .
