Use R6220 as a repeater, problems with settings
I´m trying to set my R6220 as a (wired) repeater in an existing wireless network. The main router is a Inteno EG300 (which not makes me very happy...) and when I try to set the R6220 as a repeater mode I really can´t make the settings ok when trying to change the channel mode from auto. I´ve been trying to search for guides but I can´t make it work.
Maybe it´s a better idea to bridge the Inteno router, use the netgear as main router and connect antoher repater (home plug)?
Any ideas? :)

- You want to use Access Point (AP) mode. Go to ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Wireless AP and turn it on. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Thanks a lot for your answer! But, If I choose to repeat an existing network, shouldn´t the setting be "Wireless repeating function"? I want to have one wifi network (or two, 2,4 and 5). When I try to choose that setting I get this message:
"The wireless repeating function cannot be used with Auto Channel.
Please change your channel settings before you enable the wireless repeating function."I can´t seem to find the menu where I chenge the channel setting.
- Since you will wiring the R6220 to your EG300, you want to use AP mode. Wireless repeating mode is used for wirelessly connecting the R6220 to the EG300. Wireless repeating is much slower and less reliable. You should used wired connections whenever possible.
