Wi-Fi Extender EX2700 / N300

Good morning

The extender was working fine with no problems. Then my eldest daughter connected to it and it started to create an issue with my connected device. I thought if i factory reset the extender and started again from the begining it would be fine. Now it will not connect with my router via WPS and i cannot log in to myext account. What can i do?

I really hope it is not broken

Try the factory reset again. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds.

Then I'd recommend installing via the installation wizard and not wps.

You can hardwire into the extender to do it or you can do it over wireless. I prefer wired as it tends to go smoother and be easier.

      Thank you for replying

I am a total novice when it comes to stuff like this. Very surprised to get it running in the first place. Will your solution help with connecting the extender to the router??

The Ext is visable in my phone wifi settings but requires login/authorise to access, trying to login brings up a blank page with no other options. Apologies as to you it may seem very straight forward.

Then you're not relying on wireless or having to connect/reconnect during setup. If you have the option, its worth doing this route.

what router are you connecting it to?
