WIFI Range Extender Cannot Connect To Router

Hello All,

I recently purchased an Asus Zenbook that runs Windows 10. I received it yesterday and tried configuring it with my extender. For some reason, it wouldn't work. It doesn't redirect me to the Setup Genie or to www.wifiext.net. That's weird. It seems as though the extender is connecting with my computer but it won't connect with my router. Previously, I had an HP that was running on Windows 8.1 and my extender worked perfectly. Never had any problems... Now, when I try to use it with my new laptop, it doesn't work. I don't know if it's because of a setting on my new laptop or what...
