Wifi Range Extender Factory Reset Not Working / All Lights On

Question

Good Evening -&nbsp;I have a Netgear AC 1900 Wifi Mesh Extender that i purchased over a year ago, I used this product once for a shipping device that required it and only used it for a couple of days. I now need it in my household. I was going to reconnect the Extender and when i plugged it in, all lights turn and stay on.&nbsp;I have tried to reset the extender by holding down factory reset for 30 seconds while it is, holding down factory reset for 30 seconds while it is off, holding down the on/off switch simultaneously with factory reset, etc. but nothing seems to work.&nbsp;I called customer support but since this product was purchased more than 90 days ago i have to pay $50 for technical support. (This is unheard of to me).&nbsp;Anyways, does anyone have an other solutions that I can try?&nbsp;I would hate to have wasted money on a product with such limited use, and have to pay more to see if my product will even work... so anything is helpful.&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

1. What device do you have? AC1900 is a speed, not a model
2. you bought it over a year ago? Most area's are only a year for warranty and 90 days for support. You're outside of both so I can understand the charging you for assistance
3. what color are the leds?
4. if you hardwire into the device, does it get a connection to the extender?

Thanks for the response,&nbsp;1)I have the EX6400v2.2) Understandable, I just would've thought they could help more than just sending me instructions on how to factory reset the device after i said that was not working.3) WPS is green, power is orange. Router and Client LED are both orange with the arrows point to each blue.4) Nothing changes when I hardwire the device to the router, the LED's stay the same. Can't reset etc.&nbsp;Thanks again for the response and any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated!&nbsp;

When you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on, do the led's doing anything?&nbsp;
You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash. are you on windows? if so, follow this guidehttps://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTPjust make sure you enable tftp https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. No, they stay lit up when trying to factory reset.&nbsp;I do not have Windows, but can download boot camp on my mac to give it a try.&nbsp;Thanks for your help,
